Dermal Therapist
With a passion for all things skin, health and wellbeing, Taylor is our go-to for skin rejuvenation and corrective treatments.
Taylor is studying with ACHW towards a Bachelor of Clinical Aesthetics, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Dermal Clinician.
As someone who struggled personally with hormonal skin and acne during her teenage years, Taylor strongly believes in taking a holistic approach to the skin.
Whether it’s through treatments and skincare routines (or both!), Taylor is dedicated to working with you to achieve your skin goals.
Monica Vannasy
Dermal Therapist
Dermal Therapist, Monica, brings a clinical focus to LILI Skin with her background in oral therapy and dental, with a passion for skin and aesthetics.
Monica has been a client of Elise's for years, soaking up all of the knowledge, adding to her formal education with AACDS in cosmetic dermal science.
Monica knows what skin needs - as a mum herself, she understands the hormonal changes your skin can go through, and how this can transition and change during motherhood.
Eliza Ride
Cosmetic Registered Nurse
Eliza brings a wealth of dermal therapy and cosmetic nursing experience to LILI.
As our in-house Cosmetic Injector, Eliza offers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable services for a natural, fresh glow.
Eliza offers consultations to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for you and your needs.
Eliza holds a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, as well as a post-graduate qualification in Cosmetic Nursing & Dermal Therapies.
For a natural approach, professional experience, and expertise, Eliza is your go-to.
While aesthetics is her passion, Eliza has a love for surgical clinical nursing and her caring nature ensures client comfort and confidence.
Emily Baker
Oral Health Therapist
Emily is an Oral Health Therapist, who focuses on prevention, functionality and aesthetics who will be focusing on teeth whitening - the perfect confidence boosting treatment.
Offering both in clinic and take home services, Emily has a solution to help make your pearly whites that little bit brighter.
As an expert in preventative care and whitening Emily aims to provide a safe, effective and positive environment for all her patients.
Emily has been in the dental industry for 7 years, and holds a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy/Hygiene at CSU. Emily has also recently finished her studies in Orofacial Myology.
Passionate about all things teeth, Emily loves to build the confidence of patients by improving their smile.

She works as a trainer and assessor outside of LILI Skin Co for The Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS).
ELISE BIRCHALL
Founder, Director and Dermal Clinician - LILI Skin Co.
Elise loves all things skin. There are two things about skin that she can't get enough of. Educating skin therapists, and helping her wonderful clients achieve a healthier skin.
As a Dermal Clinician, her approach to skin health comes from working primarily on skin function. Working directly in skin therapy for over 10 years, she thrives on the problem-solving aspect of skin care and skin health, determining the external and internal issues that can cause concern.
Elise holds:
- Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Clinical Aesthetics)
- Bachelor of Business (Management)
- Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Professional Certificate in Integrated Health and Dermatology
Elise holds a full membership with the Australasian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC) and is on the board for the ASDC in a governance role. She works closely with the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) as a trainer and assessor.
RECEPTION
Teagan is our wonderful reception who is the first point of contact at LILI Skin. For any assistance with appointments, online orders, skincare, and general reception help, Teagan can help with a friendly smile.
Teagan is studying towards her Bachelor of Health Science in Aesthetics
with Torrens University, with her goal to become a Dermal Clinician.
Teagan is now available for bookings via our booking system.
